In delivering services to you Optima Ltd. acts only as an agent for airlines, bus companies, hotels and other suppliers, and as such assumes no responsibility for any omission on the part of said suppliers resulting in injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to persons or property. Making of reservations by means of electronic correspondence, telephone, fax, written correspondence, and other media of any tour/booking shall constitute consent to all provisions in the Terms and Conditions published herein. Optima Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any portion or all travel services if payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your right to cancel your booking at any time for no reason. The only requirement we have is that your cancellation should be received by our office in written form. You can either by send an email to our contact address or a fax to +1. 253. 5507816. Due to different time zones in your native country and Russia, the effective date of receipt of your cancellation notice will be based on Moscow time (GMT + 3 hrs). This date will be used to estimate any refund that may be due (see Refund Policy below).

Refund Policy


	Days Cancelled Prior to First Tour Date and Respective Cancellation Charges

	- Up to 15 days prior to First Tour Date - No Penalty (100% refund)

	- 14 - 6 days prior to First Tour Date - Amount of Deposit

	- 5 days prior to First Tour Date - Total Tour Price (No refund)

Please note that 15 days prior to your arrival we will use your deposit to prepay all museum tickets and other charges which are non-refundable to us.

In case of partial cancellations resulting in reduction of the initial group size, cancelling party may not receive refund as provided above. The reason is such cancellations make per person tour price for the remaining group members more expensive and it is against our policy to raise tour prices at the last minute. Refunds will only be entertained in case the remaining group members do not object to paying more per person as a result of such cancellations.

We highly recommend Travel Insurance to protect yourself and your family members from possible penalties arising from late cancellations.

Disclaimer of Liability

Optima Ltd. is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Optima Ltd. (such as air, hotel accommodations, etc.). Optima Ltd., therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers that result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoices or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. Optima Ltd. shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s control.

Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Optima Ltd. from any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department. For medical information, call the Public Health Service. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntary assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler’s retention of Optima Ltd. services, reservations or bookings shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
