  The Bolshoi Theater - In the Soviet days the Bolshoi was the top theater of the country, as the best performers would be transferred from the Kirov Theater in St. Petesburg to the Bolshoi stage for the entertainment of the political elite.   Nikulin Circus on Tsvetnoy Bulevard - Founded in 1880, the Circus on Tsvetnoy Boulevard is one of the oldest circuses in Russia. All Russia's famous comics and animal tamers performed on its stage.
